Beaches and Art

Hello G-Fans!
Another night in the kingdom.  We are all relaxing and thinking of some of our favorite pastimes.  Of course walks are always up there on the list, especially ones in the state forest or on the beach.  I must get my request in for a beach walk, it has been way too long.  Now that the summer naked people aren't coming around so much we can get a little more beach space without any extra excitement.  My favorite thing on the beach is chasing the birds.  I once ran so hard and fast that the concierge, Schubert and Riley were only little dots on the horizon.  It was awesome.  I still don't understand why the concierge got her knickers tied up in such a tight knot that day.  I was having fun!  I was fine!  Schubert and Riley eventually were able to make it.  I did something similar in the state forest (I was showing off for the kids and ran over a ledge) and ever since those two incidents I am always tethered to the concierge.  And now, since she bought those tandem leashes, I am not only tethered to the concierge, but Bertie too!  Indignity after injustice.  It never ends.

Harry, Tess and Raphael are still struggling with the itchies, although not so bad since those rather stinky baths the other day.  We are starting to suspect it is grass.  How bad is that if a hunting dog of high order is allergic to grass???  Bad news on that deal!
I was thinking.  Humans have art.  Elephants have art.  Horses have art.  Raccoons have art.  I think I want to have art.  I think I would enjoy painting.  I already am a fine sculptress.  I carve caverns in the earth.  It requires a fine eye, a keen sense of shape and a lot of verve!  I am honing my skill daily.  Especially at this time of the year.  I feel particularly motivated and inspired!
What do you do for a creative outlet?
May you find the joie de vivre in your day, each and every day!
TTFN!

  1. great pictures in today's blog from the concierge.
Snagglepuss is looking a little upset for not being included in the walks, though. Yes a beach walk WOULD be nice!

    1. Snagglepus has made it abundantly clear to all of us that he finds it outrageous that he is excluded from the daily walks. He thinks it is a complete disregard for his feelings and a sure expression of speciesism! The concierge isn't having success in explaining the logistics of him joining us.... Good luck to her! And let me know when we are scheduling that walk on the beach!
