Llamas and other thoughts....

Hello G-Fans!
A day of rain, clouds and then sun.  Raphael, RIley and I had a bog walk which was long overdue!  Tess and Bertie did not go on a bog walk.  I don't think they went anywhere very great.  Too bad for them!   During the day we had visits from several humans who let us out every time they came.  I think we got extra cookies too, but I wasn't really counting and I am not really going to say...
Have you ever met a Llama?  An Alpaca?  If you have, then you know that they don't talk much.  They do, however, talk  with their big huge eyes.  And their ears.  And, if you aren't careful and alert, they might spit on you to make a point.  Yes, they really can be spitters.  Some spit more than others.  Just like some dogs bark more than others.  Or some people talk more than others.
It's just the way it is.
I like to bark.
I like to dance.
And I like cookies.
How about you?
TTFN!
-G

Llamas like to be with other critters.  They make good "watchdogs" because they are curious and not intimidated by unexpected visitors.  Note the alert ears.

They can peacefully co-exist with donkeys, goats, or other creatures.

They don't require much space and are neater than cats.

Alpaca wool is highly prized wool.

These Llamas have a pretty sweet set-up.

What a place for a Llama to live!!  A Martha's Vineyard address...
