A Little Bit of Miss P.

Hi G-Fans!

I bet you are wondering who these are photos of.... well, my bff (don't tell her I wrote so) had kids around the time I did.  These are some of them, winning at shows, with ribbons to prove it.  I have a bagful of those things.  The concierge won't let me chew them up, they look like they would be fun to shred.  Bertie could fit a few at a time in his mouth!  I never met Miss P's kids, but if they are anything like her, they will be pretty darn sweet tempered and lots of fun.  Drooly though, very drooly.  (Don't tell anyone, but I would get really drooly when I was at shows too.)

Anyway, have fun looking at some really great looking mastiffs :)  I am not even jealous!

I am not totally sure this is one of the kids, and it doesn't look like Miss P. to me, but Miss P.'s concierge sent these pictures to my concierge a few years ago and this was in the mix... so we are including it!

This is definitely one of Miss P.'s with a look at her concierge's legs!  Same beautiful face!

Miss P. has a pup named "Pickle"... how cute is that?  Owen was their Dad.  His contribution was sent from a freezer, poor Miss P.,  that must have been C-O-L-D!!  I did it the old fashioned way.... (got pregnant, just in case you weren't "getting" it)

Pennsylvania Pumpkins and Pups

Hi G-Fans!

The Concierge unearthed some photos embedded in lost e-mails from a few weeks ago....

No one up here ever saw these until today...

They are pictures from Pennsylvania as sent by Izzy and Jack's Concierge.  So the top photo is of Jack, my first boy.  The second is of my last girl and last pup, Izzy.  Aside from the darker orange markings she is the spitting image of me in many ways, not the least of which is in attitude....

Personally, I love the picture of them with all the orange pumpkins and other garden products.  The Concierge wants to know if anyone heard about the man at the Topsfield Fair this weekend?  He brought a pumpkin in to the fair that weighed in at 2009 pounds, which set a world's record.  It just beat out the record of another pumpkin made at another fair on Thursday.  The guy won over $15,000 to grow such a huge pumpkin.  That's a lot of pie for a pumpkin!  But I guess if you grow a pumpkin that weighs over a ton and you figure how to get it to the fair without the squirrels chewing on it, without breaking it or without your car's axles and shocks giving out, you deserve $15,000+... right?   That is a lot of cookies and liver!

So, with that in mind, enjoy the pictures and have a restful night!

Here he looks like Raphael.  Raphaeil is a great one to retrieve items.  He even gives them back to the concierge.  I don't!

Now, the concierge really should eliminate this one, when we are having a hair day that is this bad it shouldn't get plastered all over the internet!!!

But, they don't WANNA be on the truck anymore, that camera thing is out and they must get a closer look!!  I can tell that Izzy likes being "handled" as much as I do!!  She is plotting her revenge as the camera is clicked!  Jack is just ready leap into action.... he is just waiting for the word.... now?  How about NOW?  Really, now??

Now this is the perfect fall backdrop for the offspring of royalty!!

Well, I wrote a blog in my head today while I watched the rain drip down from the sky.  But, since I dozed off and on while I wrote it, I can't remember what I wrote about.  So, you will have to bear with me... 
Oh, right... I remember now....!!!

If I hear the phrase "He is so stinkin' cute" one more time I will go werewolf!  I don't think this dog is any cuter than any other dog.  And certainly not me!!!  I shouldn't have to remind the concierge who is the cutest, funniest, smartest, or any other "-est".... therefore, I shouldn't have to hear on multiple occasions about anyone else being even close to being as cute as I am....
And that is the truth Ruth!!!

Just Sayin'

Well Hello G-Fans!

Why is it when leading up to an important event it is all boiled liver and stuffed bones?  And then, bam, it is all over and everything gets right back to the same old same old.  Same old stinky toys, same old routine, same old dried kibble and cookies.... same old same old.....

But, same old has its merits and things are pretty good.

So, I can't complain, but I did like all the excitement and celebration of the birthday event.

So, remember to make each day a celebration!

Be a beacon of light and tell the folks you love, that you love them every day.

A Little Playtime

Hi G-Fans

Just thought I would share a little playtime from the other day.  Bertie and I want to keep in shape and we thought this was a good form of exercise.  Since I was only exercise by getting up and down off the couch and the daily walks with the gang I was getting a little out of shape.  And my funny bone was getting really out of whack too!  So, I hope you have as much fun and benefit watching as Bertie and I did doing :)

The After Party

Hi G-Fans!

Well, we were well-celebrated yesterday...  And well-documented.... but we weren't very cooperative for the camera.... so enjoy the action shots with low light and poor resolution!!

I could tell you a few things about the party, but, I won't.  Not today anyway.  The paddy wagon didn't come and no one was hauled away, so what happens at home stays at home.... for now.

It is amazing how quickly Bertie's festive birthday attire moved from his head into his mouth.  It is all about having EVERYTHING in his mouth!  In fact, I think someone else's bow is in there too.....
