Maintain an unruffled spirit....

Hi G-Fans!

Well, it was looking pretty dark and rainy today.

So, a walk was looking grim.

And then this afternoon everything turned around!  The sun came out to give us a sunset and light by which to walk, the helper came to assist the concierge in walking us on a full bog walk, so a dreary day perked up considerably.  Tessa, however, lost her orange scarf.  I guess we go back tomorrow to find it :)  Clever Tessa.

My one complaint of the day would be that Bertie went on a school walk AND the bog walk.  No, I didn't retaliate, a human was left behind to monitor my activities and I was distracted by cookies.

However, it remains true that Harry, Harry's concierge, Bertie and the concierge all colluded on a second walk.

I will not complain on the long nap we had in the darkened midday, but I will complain that because of our long nap we got our treats VERY LATE!  

BUT...

The treats were pre=Christmas treats, so we had something to munch on for a little bit and that kept our mouths very happy....

:)

So, I guess it was a day of varying acceptability.  Checks and balances.

Oh, and there was a lot of mixing and stirring and baking and some naughty words when some things dropped on the floor...!  That is all I am saying!  And I am still waiting for my special cookies....

Just sayin'...

So, may you maintain an air of calm and an unruffled spirit even when the bowl is too small for your dough...!
