Bunnies, rooftops and furnaces...

Hi G-Fans!
Well, we have had a busy day!
Not only did we have to help out Harry when the guy came with a ladder to climb onto his roof, without prior notification to Harry or us....
But,
the furnace guy came too and he was in our basement and never introduced himself or anything.  AND the cats were locked out of the basement, so NO ONE (other than the concierge) got a good look or sniff of the guy.  I do know he kept making references to the concierge not being too young.... (I was eavesdropping while he talked with her in the driveway, I have excellent hearing you know!)  She seemed to take it ok, she didn't growl or snarl at him, so I guess she didn't care too much.  Oh, and she went and talked to the ladder guy so he knew someone was paying attention aside from the frenzy of barking heads....
So, the concierge left after a snooze this afternoon and expected to be back by our dinner time.  Due to unforseen situations, we were fed by Harry's concierge.  Which, that ALMOST didn't happen because there were disturbances in the force....  a creature was in the garden and it distracted and detracted from the supper gong.  Riley and I were, of course, well behaved and came right in when Harry's concierge called, we did not want to miss the victuals!  Bertie, on the other paw, was leading the pack in naughty behaviors.... Harry's concierge was so mad she made her cute slippers a muddy mess chasing those boys and Tessa down while they raced around the garden fence hunting down the rather large bunny rabbit.....
Even so, we did finally eat, and we actually got a walk.  And now we are ready to turn in for our royal repose, but first we tried to get another go at the rabbit... We rallied as a team, but the concierge was having none of it and turned lights off and snapped at us to remove ourselves forthwith from the doorway and deposit ourselves to our appropriate locations.  Mores the pity, tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow.....
Perhaps tomorrow....
May you carry hope in your heart regardless of the surrounding circumstances...
TTFN!
