What is it with our weather?

Hi G-Fans!
What is it with our weather?  Frigid cold and now we are creeping up to 50 or 60 degree weather today!?!?  Not that I don't like a balmy winter day, but it is making our back yard treacherous ordeal!  Not only are there pockets of slick ice, it is in random uneven places so it is wicked to negotiate.  Luckily, like the concierge, I have the equivalent of all wheel drive :)  So it isn't as bad as when the humans go back there to do the routine morning cleanup.  There is a lot of snorting and colorful language going on when they are out here.  (Not really, but it is fun to write... and you probably believe me:)
Anyway,
We did walk last night to the school and the paved roads were as slick and dangerous as the sidewalks, if not more so.
So, really, not a lot of safe choices, but we all managed to only "almost slip", so no injuries that we know of....
Referring to injuries, Snagglepus is looking good, no swelling and just a crusty scab, so we think things are healing well.  The concierge has bruised pride/ego, but other than that she is fine from her ordeal earlier this week as well.
So we start the weekend with everyone feeling decent:)
I hear lots of tropical weather today and tomorrow with plenty of precipitation.
Sugar pants will have to be coaxed into joining us, he HATES the rain.  He thinks he will melt if he gets wet, like a sugar cube!  We will give our best enticing stares to convince him it will be ok :)
Oh, btw, last night there was chicken wafting in the air and none passed my lips .... WHAT??
There has to be a mistake because I KNOW the concierge wouldn't share a chicken dinner with her friends and NOT include me and the royal brats!!??
I will have to investigate further and get back to you on that.... I am still in shock.
Oh, and that is probably why the concierge went into coma state until a wee hour of the morning and told me that the blog would get done this morning....
Such rudeness.
I will comment more about that later, the concierge has to go so I am shut off....
Until next time...
May you share the bounty of your good fortune with those around you with generosity and kindness.
TTFN!
