Well, as I ponder the day's events I can't come up with very many exciting things to report. Certainly not quite like yesterday...
We seem to all be back to 'normal'..... so far....
The concierge braved the elements and did her usual thing of picking up strange smells all day. Since she came home with new food for Snagglepus - I guess she stopped at the store too today. She is trying to assist him in chilling on the chowing. He is gobbling his food and gaining weight. He used to just eat to eat, now he is going crazy for his food. And it is started to show on his waistline. He is acting more dog-like every day.....
Anyway, back to the concierge picking up smells..... Today it was in the rain. She seemed to time things right, though, as she said she came upon a nasty accident immediately after it happened and was hung up time-wise both coming and going in the dark, slick, glaring rain. She said she didn't mind since that meant she was lucky enough to not have been involved... timing is everything! She also seemed to have a cloud over her own head about something, but she didn't talk about it, not even to me.... hmmm... I will have to investigate further about that....
We took a walk to the school and by the time we did it had stopped raining and wasn't overly chilly.
Like I wrote before, timing is everything!
So, in an effort to keep this short I will close with that thought.... and this one....
May you be grateful when you are held up from an accident, since that means you aren't the one in it....
