Fun and Games

Hi G-Fans!
Well, another day of hearing the "S" word a lot.
In fact, I think I heard it mentioned umpteen times since last night.
And ,I will say we have had some of it, but, I don't see what all the breathy excitement is about.
Our walk today was restrained delight.  It would have been infinitely better leashless.  But, it was leashed.  It was leashed and it was in the forest.  We were taken to the forest amidst lovely snow and there were tons of smells and tracks and downed trees and a general air of expectancy.
We all try to be good.  We really do.  But it is next to impossible to not pull in five different directions at once and use the concierge as a maypole.  Bertie has a difficult time in particular in self-restraint.  He loses his mind I think.  Like a a deer in mating season or a bear around salmon and honey after hibernating.  He gets nutty with joy and it is annoying.
Anyway, after the walk we did a couple of errands which was thrilling too.
We got to bark at random people and we pretended we were under attack and whoever barked the loudest and with the most enthusiasm won that part of the "Let's Pretend" game.  The concierge doesn't like the "Let's Pretend" game.  She hushes us and hisses at us and tells us to quiet down.  She passes out the praise to any one of us who are pretending to not play the "Let's Pretend" game.  I wonder if she is thinking that we will notice someone is getting recognized and praised for being calm and quiet.  We don't care.  Maybe we should, but we don't.  It is too fun to bark like maniacs.  Or is it idiots?
Regardless, it's fun.
So what have you done for fun this weekend?
TTFN!
