| Chicken scratch.... is that something a chicken does or is? |
Hi G-Fans!
All's well in the kingdom.
But I've heard talk.
It is bad talk.
The "c" and "d" words were used. And the "v" and "m" words.
(Cleaning, dirty, vacuum and mopping or mud...)
Although we didn't get a walk, and there is talk about the dust bunnies being eradicated and the slime decorations, I heard tomorrow we are going to get a good walk with some folks who don't visit often.
So that should be good :) Well, not the getting to reacquaint with them part, but the walking part.
I don't know if I mentioned that I enjoy a good walk.
I am dictating this tonight from the royal chambers and I am being made the filling of a Riley and Snagglepus sandwich. Not that I mind, but I can't let my subjects know that I permit such familiarity.
Riley was a bloody mess tonight.
The concierge was being texted on her phone about his problem. Harry's concierge finally looked after it.
He has an old-man growth on his shoulder and I think he banged into the door jamb on the way out and tore it up a little.
I really should be mad, because the concierge didn't show up until ten o'clock tonight! I think that qualifies for abandonment.
It doesn't matter that three different people came 4 different times to hang out with us...
She wasn't here.
Never mind that she worked past seven, picked her car up at the shop, dropped our sitter's car back off and then had dinner before coming home.
She wasn't here for Riley.
Bottom line.
Harry's concierge did her best to patch him up.
But it isn't the same.
She did do it when she got home.
Part of Riley's treatment is to recuperate in the inner sanctum.
We put a special blanket down so he doesn't bleed and ooze all over the place.
So, this has been a long week for the concierge, so I am going to sign off so she can get some shut eye.
TTFN!
-G
