Hi G-Fans!
Well, let me start by saying that the late arrival of yesterday's blog was due to technical issues. The concierge and I thought it was sent and we fell asleep before checking and apparently there was some sort of error message. We fixed it this morning. Sorry!
Now, on to my thoughts for today. I have been trying not to mention this, but it has gone too far! A few days ago I think I made reference that there has been a gang of turkeys going through our yard almost everyday. Well, it has been ongoing for weeks now. EVERY DAY. EVERY DAY! A gang, troupe, herd, flock. army, gaggle, hoard, murder, swarm, pack, or otherwise large number of turkeys are wandering our neighborhood on a daily basis and using MY yard as part of their migratory route. MY YARD! The chutzpah, nerve, cheek, audacity, impertinence and overall gall of them! I am thunderstruck, dumbfounded, shocked, dismayed and generally flabbergasted about the whole thing. Of course, I try to remain calm and keep the others cool and collected as well. But, how can anyone expect us to tolerate such nonsense? Their complete disregard for propriety is astounding. All I can say is they better not start digging up the front yard or all bets are off. So there, i wrote it. That is a load off my chest to be sure. If anyone has found a way to deal with such things, please let me know. This effrontery needs to be addressed.
