Valentine's day is about what?

Hi G-Fans!

What is all the hoopla about Valentine's Day?

Chocolates - Not that I get any!

Flowers - So what?  We grow those outside!

Cards - Tessa enjoys chewing those.  So these are entertaining at least.

Dinner on the town - Why?  Eating out takes too long!

So - that is my opinion!

Now, about tonight....

Tonight was a sloppy wet and slippery mess!  Rain on top of snow and slick ice.  At least it was warm enough to go on the walk.  I wasn't going to get that walk - it was going to be the shorty short walk across the street.  But, the concierge, being stubborn and all, led everyone to the school and everyone slipped and slided their way there and back.  Riley was miffed and wanted to walk the streets and the concierge wouldn't let him.  She told him it was too dangerous.  Some people drive like it is the Indy 500 on that road.  Ridiculous.

So, we got a decent work out with all the snow and ice we had to traverse.  And the rain came pelting down halfway through.  We were all pretty soaked by the time we neared home.  Soaked.

So, may you find shelter to keep you dry in the height of the storm...
