There's a story to tell.....

Hi G-Fans!
Well, another pass-out last night.
This one was completely unexpected.
We were talking about the blog and then we were both snoring.  Well, I assume we were both snoring!  We woke up to the alarm this morning in our same positions.  The computer on the concierge's lap and me snuggled up to her legs and to Riley.  Ack.  Now we are both doing it!
Well I hope I remember everything I was going to share with you.
First, I do have a story to tell, I just don't remember which one I was going to write about!
So, I will tell you the thing that I am quite unhappy about.
I have mentioned the new chariot?  No one is allowed to drive it except the concierge.  No dog has set foot or nose in it.  No cat has been in it.  It has been the holy grail of unattainables for us.
Until last night.
For some reason the "seal" has been broken.
BUT NOT BY ME!?!?!!
Bertie left in the regular car, but that came back empty.
He came back a few hours later with the concierge and the smell of untainted leather interior ALL OVER him!
He smelled of other things too, but that was the most offensive.
I grilled him, of course, about the whole thing.  Why does he smell of the leather interior?  What weird smell does he have on his paws?  Why does he smell like a bazillion animals?  And WHY does he smell like he went to the doctor's at such a late hour?  All he could or would tell me was that the seat he was on was quite spacious, that there are a bunch of vampires at the doctor's office because they took blood from his neck and the concierge is a stinker because while he waited to go home she clipped his nails and cleaned his ears.  It seemed like a long way to drive to do that.  In his opinion of course.
Apparently he was just getting a follow-up to his visit a few weeks ago.  We think he is on the mend, but the doctor will let us know for sure tomorrow.
Can you believe he was first to maim the new chariot?
I can't.
Just to keep you in the loop we did a short walk last night after Bertie got back.  It was so cold I was limping a lot.  I like my walks, but that is COLD!!  So, we turned around after I did it more than once.  Sometimes you just gotta take control!  Well, I will have to write about whatever it is I didn't write about because I can't remember what I was going to write!
C'est la vie!
So, may you find a cozy place to keep warm when the winds of winter are biting at your heels....
TTFN!

This is reminding me of the story I wanted to tell....
PS...
Here's the story... more build-up at this point than actual story.....
But....
Harry's concierge doesn't like this story....
It is about Harry....
He takes after me.
If he doesn't like the arrangements, he lets folks know.  Usually by disemboweling a pillow.  In the case of yesterday it was the edges of the blanket he has for snuggling.  He shredded the edges and pulled the stuffing out and then trotted home leaving his message of S.O.S. behind.  In the past he has shredded dog beds as well.
If the concierge had remembered to give him the stuffed duckie he may have been ok, he likes his stuffed friends.....
Anyway, that was what I couldn't remember earlier....
-G
Here I am last night snuggling in the royal chambers.  The flash roused me, before I lifted my head I was making the letter 'S' with Riley....
