The Latest in the Saga...

Hi to Grace's Fans!
Today we had to wait until the evening time for visiting, as we had a previous engagement and commitment to God, so we thought it would be best to honor that, seeing how he is the one in charge of the Prayer Answering Department...!
So, both of Harry's concierges and myself trekked to the hospital to visit.
Grace was so happy we were there she couldn't decide who to pay attention to so she divvied up her attention so we wouldn't get jealous of one another...  a pat here, a pat there, a nose bump here, a nose bump there, etc.....
She stood up independently, wagging her tail and very curious about the goings on around her kennel.  One of the nearby "inmates" was getting hand fed and she really wanted to help that guy out!
Such a philanthropist!
Tonight she is expected to finish her IV nutrition and then they will try some upright feeding sometime after 2:00 a.m. tonight.
Prayers on that please, it is a crucial turning point.
Periodically she continues to have issues of nausea and profuse salivation.
Hopefully that will abate.
We are thinking she will get home Tuesday, get stronger and then get the surgery.
I learned today that we are not only arresting the progression of the disease we are reversing its debilitating effects as the body will be able to rejuvenate receptors for the acetylcholine.
This is encouraging.
Grace would like me to add a disclaimer from her that she is in no way responsible for the content of her blog while she is incapacitated.  She is also eager to share the traumas and tribulations of this episode of her life as soon as she is able.
She sends her love and tail wags to all and wishes everyone good health.
Prayerfully...

Pictures from tonight's visit....
If you look closely you will notice a fuzzy butt outside the barred door.  That fuzzy butt belongs to a nearby neighbor who was getting hand-fed and probably needed some help by Gracie.....!?

More selfies.....
