May Spring Fever Fill You with Hope...

Hello Fans of Grace!

Our Princess continues to charm the hospital staff, but had a less than stellar day.

She refused to eat, decided that she was freaked out by the Bailey Chair and presented with a rapid heartbeat and increased gagging/nauseous symptoms.

So, an IV was put back in place after lunch.

I did go to see her for a few minutes to try and encourage her to eat.

She was less than interested.

And, although she got up and was glad to see me, she was overall a limp dish rag.

I have not received a report from the staff since noon today and since I saw her around 1:30 where I could see for myself how she was.

The good news is that they let me see her despite I was "off hours" for a visit.

I chose not to take pictures as she was looking so ragged today.

Instead I focused on being present for her.

The doctor who is overseeing the case until her neurologist returns is thinking that a feeding tube should be implanted and at the same time the tumor should be removed.

Last I heard the doctor was awaiting a return message from the neurologist.

So that is it - we wait and pray.

As far as the other three they would like it noted that it was quite beautiful today and that I reported to them that the temperature was up to 81 degrees where Grace was and only 58 degrees where the concierge had to go to from visiting.

So crazy!
