Greetings to Grace's Fans!
Our heroine continues to show improvement.
There is continued hope to get through this medical crisis.
Her neurologist was on-call this weekend so I bumped into him both yesterday and today.
He said today he was really smiling for her.
He said we would have a long chat tomorrow morning about the next steps.
Phase one is to get her stable and stronger.
Phase two is for surgical removal of the tumor.
Let's hope phase three is to have her back ruling the roost and writing her blog on how inadequately I meet her needs!
Today her next-door-kennel neighbor is an english mastiff who may remind her a bit of her first best friend from her puppy-hood. She seemed unimpressed.
Anyway.
After I visited with her I brought the working transporter to be tweaked, thankfully all is A-OK.
I utilized the waiting time by emptying out the royal transport vehicle.
I will admit, even though it is only a car, it made me sad to be saying goodbye.
I will be making arrangements for it to be donated to a good cause.
The motor is still good. The tires are pretty new. The brakes and a/c are recently replaced and the body looks good.
So, they should find it helpful wherever it ends up.
So, onward.
On an up-note....
A new walking location has been discovered by Harry's concierge and bears further investigation.
Tessa, Bertie, Raphael and Harry enjoyed some good sniffs and a brisk walk this morning before I had to run to make the visiting hour for Grace.
I hate to say it, but I was a bit of an irritable grouch with the three amigos, they weren't getting the focus of the walk and were very excited by all the undisturbed goose poop.
Yech!
Well, I will update you further when there are updates to be had.
For now, keep the prayers coming, they are working.
Prayerfully yours,
-the Concierge
