Superbowl Sunday

Hi G-Fans!

Well, it was an unusual Sunday I would say.

I will start with the good new.

Oh, wait a minute, I don't have any bad news.....!

Huh!

Well, anyway, there was a walk in the sunshine on a warmer day (in the low forties) in the forest and it was later in the day so there were lots of scents that had been developed and laid down over the course of the day.

Tessa made sure she laid down a stench of her own.  Man that girl can stink up a forest!

And, as usual, it was too close to the path, so someone has to figure out how to deal with her rather artistic soft serve poop that looked like it could have some out of an elephant not my offspring!

Anyhoo, the other thing of note, that although there was some cleaning, it didn't significantly impact us.  It was just a cabinet that was cleaned out and organized and neatened.  No harm, no foul!

The other thing that happened (or didn't, depending on your viewpoint) was that the concierge and I hung out until late in the morning.  Everyone was allowed to join us, but everyone else, other than Sophie, chose to hang out downstairs.  So, the concierge was pretty disruptive because she kept popping up and checking out that new room where there used to be closets.  (Maybe that's where the term "W.C." came from?!)

Anyway, we weren't left alone at all today!

When the concierge had to bring the old babysitter's bags of stuff to him and some stuff to Gabriella's concierges, the helper hung out with us.  And then when the helper went to visit the old babysitter, the concierge stayed and made an ocean-y smelling dinner for herself and the helper (upon his return).

So, what do I have to complain about today?

One thing...

My daughter got uppity with me tonight and the concierge gave her the what-for because it was completely unnecessary and uncalled for....  I was just using the fluffed up pillow to rest my head, I guess she felt it was her territory....!  She needs a little reminder in who is in charge around here!  So fresh these youngsters are....!

I heard blizzard for tomorrow, so there may be more playing in more snow and maybe the concierge will be home again!
