More sun today!
Wow!
But, no walking in it, we did a vampire walk to the school.
Better than nothing and better than trying to slog through the bitter cold...
We did attempt to walk during the day, however.
We distracted the workers on several occasions during the day and so when it was time to go out at lunch and then again at pre-dinner time we took a self-guided stroll.
Tessa convinced us to just explore our way from the back to the front door.
She said that exploring, especially at this time of year, on our own wasn't all it might appear to be.
So, we pretty much went to the front door in hopes of a new perspective.
The second time we got to hang with our neighbor who owns that elusive little mop of a dog who we never usually see.
She came over to knock on our door and advocate for us to get let in and get some good girl and good boy cookies before dinner!
The funny thing is the worker who left the gate swinging open the first time was spoken to and yet he did it again without remorse. The concierge is very sad about the lack of concern on their part.
She finds it very disturbing.
We will see how far it gets addressed.
I mean, we are fine and all, so what is the big deal?
The concierge is upset for no good reason in my opinion.
We were overdue for a self-stroll anyway!!
Well, may you find your way home sooner rather than later when you are faced with unexpected choices in life....
