Thriving in the face of neglect

Hello G-Fans!
Well, last night I was ditched on the typing.  There were a lot of crinkly sounds going on and movement up and down and back and forth from room to room throughout the royal compound.
It is officially Christmas season.
The first crunch of the season is now behind us and that is the Christmas fair.  The wreaths have been made and sold, the baskets have been created and distributed, the Operation Christmas Child boxes have been sent along on their journey.
I have gotten lost in the mix apparently.
Last night we got a measly school walk, I should, however, be grateful, because it was very possible I got nothing.
Today was looking questionable too, but we ended up with a full bog walk that entailed not only enticing smells, but lots of gauntlet-type situations with and without dogs, but always with humans all in different shapes and sizes.
Then, not only were we ditched all day today, aside from our walk, we were ditched the better part of the evening as well.
All for a bunch of little boys singing.
Can you imagine?
I am glad I was left home for THAT ordeal!
So, may you thrive despite the neglect of your significant caregivers!
TTFN!
