It is 1212

Hi G-Fans!
Well, tonight marks #1212 entry!
And it didn't look like it would happen either....
The concierge left very early this morning to bring the old babysitter to the city for an appointment, but she didn't leave before the unanticipated workers arrived and she had to hostess them in her pjs and bathrobe.
It was quite a sight.
Let's just say the concierge doesn't wear her sleep as dignified and graciously as I do....
I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
Just think squirrely.....
So, she promised to be home before lunch, but it was Harry's concierge and human sister who came to our rescue at lunch.
And lunch came and went and we were STILL waiting for her to return.
The helper even came before she arrived.
I was starting to think the walk was canceled.
It wasn't .....
So, we did a bog walk and it was sort of tame except that Harry really was looking for trouble.  He was wound up and causing grief.  The concierge was being very tough on him.
I was SOOOOOO happy to be walking on my own with Harry's oldest human sister.
It was lovely!
We had excitement as we entered the bog area proper...
There was someone walking at least four dogs (who would ever think THAT was ok?).  It looked like a Shepherd, Husky, small little terrier-type dog and maybe a Norwegian Elkhound....
AND a runner in an orange cap.
We went crazy!
The concierge was a tad cranky and was insistent on us settling down.
We did.
So we though that after the walk there was going to be holiday baking and wrapping for the rest of the day...
No.
Before the walk was even over the concierge found out she had to go back to the old babysitter and tend to his issues..... until well after midnight.  She is pretty much grunting at this hour, so I am only going to find out the details by sleuthing it out.
I smelled two different hospital smells, doctor and nurse smells, and lots of blood smells.
I am sure I will find out more later.
I guess I should wind it up, she does look pretty wicked right now.
So, may you have a joyful heart when your day takes an unexpected twist and your "me time day"  becomes "their time day".....
TTFN!
