The new 'Normal'?

Hi G-Fans!
Well, I am starting to wonder what is going on around here.  A day that was full of promise fell flat on its face.
I had high expectations which included a daytime walk which didn't happen.  I am starting to wonder if this is the new 'normal'?
Where shall I begin?
Well, I did get a walk.  It was an evening, damp and shortened school walk.
Not meeting my expectations since the concierge wasn't working.
But, yet. she wasn't home much either.
She did a bum's rush lunch visit and only got home just in time to get dinner served.
She smelled a lot like the old babysitter with a few other smells.
Apparently the appointments set for tomorrow were moved up to today because of 'unforeseen' circumstances.
I guess the old babysitter relapsed and they were trying to keep him from being crated with doctors looking at him all hours of the day and night.
I guess I can be a bit gracious in that case.
But, I expect that tomorrow will make it up to me!?
I heard it is suppose to be balmy and some 'Indian Summer' weather is coming this way.  Unlike today which was cloudy and it became increasingly wet in the afternoon.  We managed to dodge the raindrops on our walk and just missed a deluge on last outs.  So that was good.
I also heard that there will be some cleaning tomorrow, I will work on distracting the concierge on that deal.
Even if I have to get her to do an errand or two for a little while.....
We will see how that goes in the morning.
Sometimes she gets pretty stubborn...
Also, she has started Sophie on her new food that is suppose to help her peeing problem.  The concierge held her breath when the bowl went down, and lo and behold she ate some right away!
Amazing!
That little cat can be difficult around food!
Oh, and another development I didn't tell you is that Harry's concierge is going on an adventure and we all have to call her Queen Clarion or Ree until she is back from the adventure.... it seems a little presumptuous to me, maybe not the 'Ree', but the use of 'Queen' in her name is pretty ill-advised in my estimation!
Apparently she is going to a place that has six foot mice and big headed dwarves running around and lots of noise and whatnot.  I don't think I will miss going on THAT trip!
SO, may you be flexible when it is advisable, and hang tough when it isn't..... and may you discern the difference with deadly accuracy....
TTFN!
