Unanticipated Adventures....

Hi G-Fans!
The concierge and I took the night off.
So, here we are this morning.
Yesterday was pretty good.  It was overcast most of the day, but not bad.
The part that made it pretty good is that I finally got some of the royal treatment that should be part of my everyday existence!  The concierge came home at an amazingly early time of the day... the light was still good!  And, instead of putting around the house or wasting time she immediately changed her clothes and leashed Raphael and myself up.  No fanfare, no notice, just laser quick.  She maneuvered everyone so we could slip out the front door (the door usually reserved for those costumed beggars once a year).  Smooth!
So the three of us did a full bog walk without any other ruffians in tow.  It would have been perfect if Raphael was left home too, but, I won't complain.
We had a couple of dogs to walk by, the concierge said Raphael was a good boy for being such a good listener, meanwhile I have a strap burn on my face for being yanked.  The concierge needs to get adjusted!  I am going to bark at ruffians as we encounter them and that is that!  She needs to get over the idea she is going to impose other expected behaviors on me.  Nope.  And that includes dogs walking in front of the house, dogs in their own yards across the street, any dogs I spy are included.
Now, the part of the day I am not pleased with is when Bertie, Tessa, Riley and Harry went on their walk and I was left home alone.  Not only was I left home alone (well, I was with Raphael, the cats and the birds, but .....), but I was kept out of the kitchen so I couldn't leave messaged of displeasure for the concierge like chewed cans or sponges off the counter and placed carefully in the middle of the floor....
Oh well....
So, today is looking like a nice fall day.  I am looking forward to some more good adventures.
I had best not be disappointed!
So, may unexpected joys grab hold of you and sustain you from one to the next....
TTFN!
-G
