Hi G-Fans!
Well, the rain has hit and it has been coming down off and on all day. There has been some blue sky sightings, but mostly there has been heavy grey wet clouds pouring out the rain drops.
The concierge had her root canal filling done today so she was gone for a bit midday. But, I will say, she returned with food, new bones and things for Sophie to scratch and sniff. The concierge hopes to save the furniture, I say, "HA!".
There were some new collars for the cats too. Sophie already removed hers. Next is a non-removable one....It isn't as cute as the one the concierge had on her today, but it looks like that is the only way to go.
Snagglepus went to the doctor's tonight so there could be an answer to why he has gained so much weight, he has lost hair, he is grumpier, and his hair is changing colors. The doctor took blood, but not without some serious sass from the Snags. The doctor suggested he get a dental as well! Insult to injury! So we wait for the blood work results to tell us if he is diabetic, he has cushings disease, or allergies. The concierge had her own thoughts, but we will see soon. Speaking of which, we will know more about the concierge's condition as soon as tomorrow. The doctor was suppose to call today or tomorrow..... so there will be more on that coming up.
We did a damp to wet bog walk tonight. No issues other than the wetness. Oh, and sticky heat.
May you wrap yourself in a snuggly blanket and take a nap as the spirit dictates.
