Hi G-Fans!
So, some things are starting to settle down to normal, some things not so much.
Riley had to become a cone head since he started to groom and lick his drains/incisions.
Miss Sophie visited the kitchen twice and she continues to be brazen and fresh. She thinks she is a Walenda and a jungle cat. She chooses to sleep in the potted plant or the tippy top of the cabinet. And she refused to settle down at all for the concierge who wants her to socialize more. Instead she jumped across, on top of, or over the concierge several times. Fresh!
Snagglepus seems to have some vision impairment in his right eye....
Luggage has been put away.
Empty boxes have been broken down and removed from the premises.
Human medication from 2002 has been disposed !!!!! Yikes. (Good thing the concierge was moved to see the expiration date on that....)
Riley is getting effective medication. He is chilling even with the hot compresses!
His sprits seem good (as indicated below).
Raphael can't quite figure out what all the Brew Ha Ha is about...
It was rainy most of the day so we did indoor things, aside from a brief walk to the school.
The concierge didn't even do half the things on her "to do" list.
Tomorrow the concierge gets the rest of her root canal. yikes.
Well, I have to end because Riley needs his last walk for the night and I want a cookie.
So, may you be efficient even when a cookie isn't on the table....
TTFN!
P.S. / Addendum
I believe Riley is feeling quite a bit better the way he pulled away from the concierge tonight to run out onto the deck and dashed for the stairs while she was still trying to hold him back so she could take him in front with the leash. She did deter him before he reached the stairs, but only by a margin. Then he marched around the front yard without peeing and kept trying to get back in so he could be the first for cookies (which is what happened since cookies don't happen withut the concierge, and since she was with Riley, no one would be able to have cookies before him anyway). Finally she took his cone off and he did pee, but he did it with attitude. Then, he repeatedly spit his probiotic gummy pill out, and it was a red one not a yellow one. Good thing none of the rest of us were there, we would have scoffed that up NO PROBLEM!
Men!
