Good communication is key...

Hi G-Fans!
Well, I prefer to call it effective communication.
The concierge, on the other paw, seems to think she should call it barfing.
I wanted the concierge to know that the overall abandonment of yesterday was absolutely unacceptable and that it did not go unnoticed nor would it go without incident.
So, once we were snuggled in bed, I threw up, not once, not twice, but five times.  I made my point.
It took some eating of outdoor substances to make sure it would work.  And timing was everything.  It would have been way less meaningful had I done it in the kitchen before retiring to the royal chambers.  I did it twice on the royal puff, twice in the royal staging area and then once (because once one gets going on the vomiting, control of self is limited) in the royal den, as I was relegated there after making my mounds of disgusting slimy debris.
It was worth it.
The smell alone permeated the entire royal domicile and required two rounds of bagging.
Oh, and this was after midnight I believe.
So, it is all about communication.
Just sayin'.
Today I did a similar walk to last week around the ponds.  It was quite enjoyable, although we were a little toasty, it was nice.  I will complain, however, that once we had our constitutional, the concierge disappeared for several hours.  So, we entertained ourselves by barking and general merriment.  The finale was when Raphael pushed the screen out of the kitchen window so Snags could get a little breath of fresh air on the front lawn.  Raphael was also very interested in getting some fresh air by sticking his head through the window to get better views and better sniffs of air.
Harry's concierge spoiled the fun by coming over to shut the sprinklers off.  She returned the screen to its appropriate place, as well as Snags and shut the windows.
Spoil sport.
I don't think the concierge ever knew....
But, since dinner was so stinkin' late I will need to let her know how unacceptable a late meal time is for us..
Hmmmmm......
It needs to be creative.....
Anyway....
May you find effective diversions when confronted with unexpected unscheduled time.....
TTFN!
