Hi G-Fans!
The concierge said I was just snoring. I am not buying it! She has been saying that a lot lately. I think she just says it so she can tease me. Royals do not snore. We sleep soundly. Sometimes very soundly! You know, with lots of sound!! But it is not called snoring! Just sounds of deep relaxation.
So, we had another forest walk. A forest walk devoid of pond activity. And yet, we made a discovery.
A boat. A speed boat. In the forest.
Not near a pond, lake or other body of water.
So, we think it might be a magical portal.
Tessa investigated it most thoroughly.
Bertie briefly investigated.
You can see his head through the windshield on the first picture if you look closely. On the second picture he is alongside Tessa, if you notice you will see his hind-end. Tessa gets called a goat frequently because of her penchant for climbing things. Today was no exception. She was up there and ready to take to the waves.
The rest of us stuck with terra firma. I even rolled in it and encouraged Raphael to join me.
You might note that in another picture - I was in pre-roll status....
I guess Raphael rolled out of the picture...!?
Anyhoo...
It was unexpected to find a speed boat in the forest. We think it should be dusted for finger prints....! Because we can't tell the humans what we know.... we know whose it is.... just not a name or anything. We will know when we smell them....!
Anyhoo.....again.....
During our walk we went off course two more times due to our rambunctious reaction to other hikers. I think Raphael got into the most trouble the second time for being a rubber necker. We still got the humans back, however, in time for their other commitments (which did not include us) despite all the extra distractions.
So, may you make use of unexpected occurrences and remain curious and open to possibilities.
TTFN!
-G
