Dreams, moths and butterflies....

Sometimes it is just good to share your space with a friend....

Hi G-Fans!

I will make this brief.  

We had movie time tonight which took up the blog time which messed up my schedule.

So, I will try to tell you the day's doings without too much hissing and moaning.

We went to the woods which was very overdue and enjoyed a lovely walk with Harry's concierge and Harry.  We stayed on paved walks because of Harry's concierge's ankle, but it was fine as we still were able to explore a whole new section of woods today.  As you can see in the picture we were well satisfied with our adventure.

We saw loads of uprooted, large uprooted, trees from the winter storms this year.  There is an element of the woods looking war ravaged.  (I know this from pictures and TV).

It is quite dramatic.

I also enjoyed following a hawk that was flying quite close to us at one point.

Tessa and Raphael went crazy for little blue moths and jerked the concierge's arm thoroughly out of its socket several times.  They not only lunged and pounced on the moths and also some butterflies but chased the shadows they made as they flew around.  It is a little embarrassing to watch your children be so foolish, but at the same time they do it with such abandon it is hard to not get caught up in their joy.

The concierge was even fairly indulgent of the silliness.

Maybe she will record it sometime so I can post it.

Better yet, maybe she will get me my own electronic device and I can do it myself, and even do the blog by myself without the "middleman".

A dog can dream!
