It's That Time of Year

Sculpture in wood and stone in front of Sarducci's in Montpelier, VT.

Hello G-Fans!
It is that time of year again!
School.  End of summer.  End of summer vacations.  Play time is winding down and the humans are getting serious.  What would the humans do without a dog to remind them to play once in awhile?  Or to take a walk?  They would be in worse shape than they are already!  That is for sure.  Glad to help!
n our house we are still dealing with summer related allergies.  So, it looks like we might have to make a trip to the doctor.  I think it is going to be a few of us.  The concierge keeps getting little postcards with out names on them to say how much the doctors and technicians miss us.  Personally I think so much of it is P.R. and marketing.  Although, we are a bit notorious there.  The only Spinone they've seen.  So actually, it is not only my regular doctor office, but the office of my pediatrician, obstetrician, surgeon, etc....
Did I tell you I had surgery this summer?  If a human had what I had done this summer they would have been out of commission for months.  I was back to my old ways in days.  Don't worry though, it was all benign.  It was a double mammary removal due to growths the concierge had been keeping watch over.  Apparently for dogs, having kids can be dangerous to our health.  Tess is less likely to have problems since she had the "girl surgery" at the same time I did, which puts her at a much lower risk for those sorts of problems.  Good thing.  She has other challenges.  But that is "talk" for another day.

Ciou for now!

A game of chase is afoot.
Just try and get it!

I am plotting my next move.
