Hi G-Fans!
Well, tonight was great. It was almost like the old days when the concierge and I were alone together. Only we had Raphael with us tonight. But that was it. It was a dicey day weather-wise, but late afternoon and all evening has been really spectacular. September-cool, crisp, bright... just right :)
Anyway, once we went around the whole bog he concierge looked up and then sucked wind, which caught my attention. We stared for several moments. It was big and thick and close enough to smell. Have you ever smelled a rainbow? And the air was not humid or heavy and the clouds were high and light and the sun was setting and pretty bright. And there is a rainbow and a half gazing at us. (The second one was barely visible, but we could see it and definitely we could smell it.) The concierge didn't have a camera so she tried to find one someone else took, it doesn't come close to the one we saw tonight, but it gives you a sense of it. Ours was living in the trees southeast from the setting sun. It didn't stay long, but we enjoyed it while it visited.
