Ice cream and being ditched.....

Hi G-Fans!

Well, It has been a pretty busy couple of days, not for me mind you, but for the concierge.... 

We have been left to dangle in the wind it seems!

So, We will start with yesterday and see where it goes.

It was a lovely summer day.  The morning seemed regular enough with breakfast and whatnot.  The concierge decided it was pleasant enough to pick raspberries, she said it was a mother-lode...

The raspberries, however, are amidst a jungle of vines and wild plants.

While making her way through this she was pulling and cutting and stomping on the pernicious greenery.

As she was getting a little heated up in the sun her back started talking to her.

By  the next hour it was doing some screaming and yelling.

She tried to calm it down, but it remained miserable the entire rest of the day.  This is despite Advil, Yoga, hot shower, ice and some muscle work.

She wasn't moving too well.

The walk wasn't looking good.

So, instead of a walk, she ditched us after feeding us early.

She came home smelling of chocolate, coconut, walnuts, onions, peppers, beans, chicken and exotic spices.

And, she smelled unfamiliar, so it wasn't nearby where she picked those smells up....

And all she kept saying is how she needed the "pink stuff"... because she was so full!

Annoying!

Just sayin'

She crawled to bed after putting lotions and potions on her back and did all sorts of shenanigans with pillows and took more Advil....

This morning she let us out and seems to be moving more like herself, and she fed Snagglepus ultra early, so there has been no crying, gnashing of teeth or otherwise unpleasant morning sounds.  The only sound is the hum of the fans and the early morning birds singing.  Not another peep can be heard:)

I will say, Yesterday at lunch we had some lovely doggie ice cream for our snack, YUMMMEEEE!

I seem to be the only one, however, who understands how to eat out of a cup.  Even though the concierge encouraged the others to look at me and learn.  What more could be done?

So that was the highlight of the day.

All I remember about Friday now is that we did a night walk even though the concierge was home in daylight, not early, but it was still light out.  There was potential for dramas, but we seemed to avoid them all....'

So, may you know your limits and act accordingly.
