Hi G-Fans!
Well, it has been a pretty steamy weekend here on the Royal Grounds.
So much so that the concierge has implemented lots of machines to keep us cool and collected within the confines of the Royal Domicile.
I do like the cool air breezily ruffling my trusses!
So, it has been a strange sort of weekend.
The concierge, to start, never left our presence yesterday.
Weird.
We did go for a lovely walk in the evening in the forest as it was cooler later in the day.
We still got pretty toasty and enjoyed the newly repaired cool air maker of the Royal transport on the way home.
No drama for yesterday's walk.
Although, we did ditch Harry and left him chillin' in the Royal Rumpus Room.
The concierge felt badly that we couldn't bring him along, but there are only so many hands to manage all those tethers.
I offered to go tether-free, but I guess the concierge is still irritated from the last feces-roll I did when I was allowed some tether-free time.... She vowed "Never Again", and I am starting to think she really means it...!?
Today was steamier than yesterday.
The concierge spent an hour configuring the last cooling machine so it could take care of the hottest room in the house.
I am enjoying the effects now.....
We did our walk before dinner and Harry and Harry's concierge joined us.
We had planned to take a little dip in the pond where the "pups" took off from on their first woods walk adventure back many years ago.
But, there was someone already commandeering the rock and fishing from it, so we opted to continue on our way and make the walk on the short side due to the humidity.
We created a little drama in the car on the way to park for our walk as we passed the boaters and fishing people.
Just for fun.
We like to act like we are vicious, rabid dogs.
The concierge really doesn't appreciate our enthusiasm or sense of humor.
She just doesn't get it...
Oh, and those bunny rabbits are VERY BRAZEN. Not only are they taunting US regularly, they stare the concierge down...!!
They can't be in their right minds to do that!!
She was eight feet away from one when she was getting the royal transport prepared for our adventure today. It stared her down and continued to chomp away on yard delectables!
The bunny obviously did not get the "do not stare down the concierge" memo!
Not a plan I would recommend!
No, best to not stare her down....
Anyway,
We are now waiting for our last potty break and bedtime cookies so we can retire and get the rest of our beauty sleep!
May you find joy in the repetitions of the mundane!
TTFN!
