Hi G-Fans!
I am hoping Easter Day was one of rejoicing for you all!
Here, it was dicey how the day was going to go.
We started out rocky, potty break early, breakfast late.
Then the usual mad dash out the door.
From what I understand the odds have improved for the concierge and Harry's concierge to make it to their Sunday destination in a timely fashion. They are getting a bit of feed back on that..... They are taking it on the chin since they historically have had difficulty making it to services before they start.....
Then they got back surprisingly early, but, with the old babysitter in tow, which made Bertie very loud in protest!
I backed him up 100%
Raphael, of course, was very interested in whether he brought shiny things with him or not. He didn't.
We snuck up on him while he waited on the deck wrapped up in a blanket like a burrito.
Then they left.
Again.
Then I fell asleep only to be awoken a few hours later upon their return, minus the old babysitter, but smelling very meaty. Along with other smells I might add.
I thought we were good for a walk at that point, but the tea came out and the couch caught the butts of the concierge and helper.... which turned into closed eyes.
But, then, Harry's concierge burst through the door and the walk looked hopeful again, despite the drizzly rain.
And we ended up in the forest on a bike path before we ate dinner.
Then we went home and ate dinner.
And then it was pretty boring again.
Although we saw Sophie eating a chocolate cupcake that the concierge made yesterday for Harry's concierge's birthday yesterday.
I don't think it was authorized.
She didn't get much anyway....
I would have liked some, the concierge says it would make me sick if I ate it. I don't care, I eat vomit.
Oooh, sorry, I over-disclosed!
Anyway,
I hope you had a blessed Easter celebration and felt the peace and joy of the day fill your heart.
TTFN!
-G
