To Love You More Dearly

Hi G-Fans!

WOW.

Hard to believe, but we got two good walks in today.  Riley was left home for the bog walk, but he went for the midday forest walk.  I am still in shock.  I don't know how I will ever recover from this!??

On the bog walk there was some powerful smells, the concierges saw the remains of a deer that escaped our attention.... grrrr!  But we were totally on the turkey tracks in the forest......

SO, it was mostly sunny today, but very windy, and we lost our precious power for a bit.  Luckily, the birthday cake was not in the oven, nor were the roasted vegetables for tomorrow in the oven.  So, no disasters resulted from the lack of electricity.

The concierge perused the grounds today and noted growth for comparison...  4/4/14 vs. 4/4/15.  The good news, despite the snow, there is stuff poking its way up into the world!  The concierge took pictures so you see those comparisons, but since her phone contraption was "updated" last week her phone has been temperamental and difficult (causing her to be a bit temperamental and difficult).  So, the camera function froze so many times that the pictures she thought were there, are not.... annoying for us all!

And, it is never good when the concierge is frustrated.

So, we celebrated Harry's concierge's birthday today and sent well wishes from afar to the two nephews today and yesterday.... and..... we bid adieu to Jackson's concierge.  Her funeral was today and the concierge wasn't up for the long, long drive..... and I wasn't going to keep her company, I don't like being cooped up in the car for a long time, it makes my anxiety soar......

So, it was a full day.  Tomorrow the concierge has opted to not do the sunrise service, we will see what Harry's concierge decides to do....
