Hi G-Fans!
The concierge is a PAIN!
I was ready to do the blog earlier, but she had to watch a silly movie with singing and flying cars and children catchers. ack!
I made the best of it by snuggling up with her, Tessa and the helper (and Snagglepus on and off).
Then she schusted us outside, gave us turkey bacon, which is the bomb! (Thanks Harry!) and sent us all to bed, only to keep us awake with rattling, rustling, jostling and whatnot. This is the third day in a row she has been cleaning up from the last two Christmases. There has been much going up and down stairs and pseudo stairs and boxing and labeling and bagging of items.... It is very distracting and impossible to get completely relaxed when she is doing all that.... I did my best at any rate. But now she is ready to write for me and I am just not in the mood.
I will say we did a nice bog walk and it started to snow midway through the walk and snow really puts things in a different light.... Since then we watched the movie, had dinner, snacks, etc. and the snow has turned to icy slush. That also makes things different.
On another thought, I will say that Snagglepus has really been working the concierge over today. He loves the bacon treats too and has turned into the most persistent beggar ever! The concierge says a bugger of a beggar!
He is driving her mad!!
Seriously!
She made the onerous mistake of giving him some the other day and he went off the deep end since then....
So, may the magic of the season sustain you during the shorter days!
