And so 2015 Begins...!

Happy 2015 G-Fans!

And so it starts....

The humans seem to make a big deal about time.

Me, I just take snack to snack, meal to meal, nap to nap, walk to walk, that is it.

Simple.

All this brouhaha it mind boggling....

Today was the first day of the calendar year....

We had a forest walk.

It was sunny, but very brisk and cold.  We stayed in the wooded walkways/pathways which made our walk more comfortable than getting the full throttle of wind in the more open areas of the forest.

We also wore lots of bright orange in anticipation of crowded conditions on our walk... and trigger happy gun people.....

There were great smells with little other drama or excitement.

We also had a very leisurely lazy morning and had a visitor for brunch....

Harry's human younger sister came with her BF!

We didn't make a big fuss, Bertie didn't even have a little melt down much any other kind... I think I will make a decree that all visitors come equipped with turkey bacon treats.  It really is helpful in smoothing the transition of stranger to welcomed guest or family member.  I highly recommend this method for any future episodes.

Just sayin'...

So may you treat every day with reverence as if it is the first and last day of your life on earth.....
