Hi G-Fans!
I will make this brief since we all passed out in front of the wood stove and now I want to snuggle up for a proper sleep in the royal boudoir.
The day after.
First I will say that the weather was unpredictable.
It was almost 40 degrees and rainy at one point, then sunny, then cold which created black ice. Not that black ice has a huge impact personally since I have four-paw drive, but I understand that it is deadly for humans and their big metal monsters. So, I guess I am thankful that the concierge arrived safely home after a very very very long day. She was gone a very long time. Do I make my point? We got a very very late walk and didn't even get as far as the school tonight. And most of the lights that were so pretty weren't on tonight. So no light show for the most part.
We did get attention and special double treats from Harry's concierge, so we weren't totally neglected. Only neglected by the concierge herself. Grrr.
On a good note, the house still smells delicious, despite smatterings of rug powders and whatnot in attempts to make a dent in our work. It is going to take an all-out knock-down barrage of cleaning approaches to lift the scenting work we have done to the domicile. Too bad on that!! We are making some major improvements and headway since the concierge has been otherwise engaged with other pursuits. It is an excellent jump start to the oncoming new year!
So, may you hold the glow of merry and bright into the new year without exception.
TTFN!
-G
