Togetherness!

Hi G-Fans!
We had such a pretty sunset tonight.
All sorts of colors, shapes and drama of light.
But, it came at a cost.
Not too much earlier we endured unexpected thunder storms.  It broke into a perfectly lovely summer day.  Low humidity, low heat, high quality index.  Great day to anything or nothing.
So the concierge ran around (after returning smelling of old wood and paper, grape juice, coffee, sizing, a bizarre conglomeration of food odors and motor oil) cleaning things (!) like the basement, clothes and floors.  She even swept the deck and fixed the outside table that Raphael and Snagglepus seem to think is a podium for them.... I know better, especially when I observe the concierge going ballistic with them when she catches them on top of the table.  That is a dead giveaway that it is a no-no.
So, the storm.  There was no warning.  We were full-on into our beautiful day and getting our leashes attached when we heard the rumbles.  Then the weather radar showed monsoon-like storm pattern coming our way.  We proceeded knowing we might have to do an about face at any point in the walk.  Which happened at the top of the hill before getting to the bogs.  Tessa had (we think) a reaction to walking in the loud thundery environment.  Suffice it to say we are holding our breath (noses) tonight (literally) in hopes nothing happens in the house.  Wish us luck and put in a good word for us to "weather that storm".  I also noticed the concierge  is walking funny.  She says it is because she used muscles that are usually ignored.  I am starting to understand what she means these days.
As you can see in the picture all five of us in a together sort of way in a cozy sort of space.
So, may you experience closenesss without the constraint of impending doom.
TTFN!
-G

We can squeeze into an even smaller space if needed..
