Kindness....

Hi G-Fans!

Well, Lots of shrieking going on around here today.

We were minding our royal business and resting up for the walk when the shrieking started.

We had no idea what it was about, we only knew it was the concierge and she was in the basement underneath the room where we were resting.

Come to find out that there was a mouse.

But, it wasn't being chased, or squeaking, or doing much of anything except being dead.

The concierge thought she stepped on it and squashed it dead.

But, no.

After she tried to recruit assistance without success she tackled the flattened and gory dead body on her own.

This was when she figured out that someone else stepped on it and killed it, because it was stuck to the floor.

We all suspect it was the guy who put in the contraption Friday.

We think he exposed a nest of mice.

Which brings us to the next dilemma.

How is the concierge going to get rid of them?  There was a lot of seed hulls and poops in different areas.....

I think I can speak for the concierge that this means war...

Again!

Thanks to the dead mouse we were not de-scented or re-scented today.

We evaded the evil contraption.

The concierge says to not get too cocky, our time will come.....

Anyhoo -

We had a nice forest walk and it was quite warm, so there was lots of panting.

We were a little scary to some walkers, they deserved it, they were in our way.

They should find somewhere else to walk, like downtown.

I don't see them schlepping through four feet of snow in a snowstorm to take advantage of the path then...

So, by rights, I have precedence...!  I walk in all weather, in all seasons, all year.  I am not a fair weather walker like the rest of these ne'er-do-wells...!
