Hi G-Fans!
Well, it is a quiet, subdued abode this evening.
The concierge got home pretty early, almost in time for a sunset walk, but not quite.
She busied herself with this and that, I didn't pay much attention, I was just listening for important sounds like leashes or coats or bowls or other activity that might indicate something fun is in the works.
Apparently she was getting Bertie and Raphael ready for a road trip.

She takes them on a midnight jaunt!!?
I didn't even get a decent evening constitutional.
Granted, I was hopping on two legs and Raphael was limping and gimping which caused the concierge to turn around and bring us home. Riley was actually fine and was ready to rock and roll. Harry, Tessa and Bertie had a walk without us and apparently enjoyed themselves frolicking on the neighborhood snowbanks. Hrmph.
I kicked back next to the wood stove and enjoyed the heat.
So, Bertie and Raphael did not return from the road trip.
Nothing is being said other than a cryptic question of Harry's concierge asking if they were told what was happening.
I think it is pretty rude not filling me in on what is going on....
So, I guess I will know more tomorrow.... in the meantime think sun not snow. We have already broken all sorts of weather records for accumulation in a two week period. And more is on the way on Thursday I am hearing. Like another half foot!
That poor groundhog is NEVER getting out of his den!
