Notes From Grace: AMA

Hi G-Fans!

Well, the concierge is showing her obstinate side lately.

Instead of leaving the boys home as prescribed by the doctor, she defiantly brought them to the forest with us to walk.

AMA!

Now, i have not seen any ill effects due to this decision, but time will tell, now won't it?

We did have a lovely walk late this afternoon. It had warmed up today to 35 degrees, so the snow we had this morning (3-4 inches) became rather sloppy by this afternoon, and the late day misty rain we had added to the overall mush. Now we are getting snow. We will see what happens next... the last few weeks have just been an adventure in fortitude!

Tessa has been enjoying her new snow wrap, I am waiting for my boots. I haven't seen any ordering activity on the computer and the concierge hasn't had the luxury of time to go out and peruse the stores.

So, needless to say, I have my concerns.

And back to her butt-headedness.....

I will admit freely that I enjoyed a low key walk without the extra bouncing boys yesterday. It was so relaxing.

But, I do understand that they have been getting cabin-fever, so I know that mentally it was good for them to come along.

But, what was the concierge thinking?

They are only suppose to walk on a leash to go potty, and that is it!

Who does she thinks she is making her own rules up anyway?

Well, despite all that we had a relatively low-key walk despite all the snowmobilers everywhere and the boys in tow.

It went well even when we had to jump into the deep snow a couple of times (one was a false alarm...) to avoid the snowmobilers running us down.

We even talked to one of the snowmobilers and his two children.

Interesting.

I yelled at them a little. Raphael charmed them with his wagging tail and charming manners. Harry had to circumvent the situation entirely.
