Gallivanting

Hi G-Fans!

Another Fabulous summery day!

The concierge, however, was in and out all day....

First mid-morning, then early afternoon with only a quick pit-stop in between to stuff her face.  Then she came back, seemed to be settled with her eye to the evening forest walk, and poof, off she goes again without ceremony and with her camera in tow.  I thoroughly sniffed her upon her return without much info to gather.  But I over heard her saying that, "the seal went back into the water and they didn't call us to let us know!"  (She said this with some indignation I might remark.)

So our walk was late, but very nice.  It was pretty dark out by the time we got back to the cars.

Then, to add insult to injury, she chills out after her meal, looks like she will be doing the blog with me and she whips out 5 syringes and starts preparing to give us all our Sunday injections.  UNAUTHORIZED!  If it is after 10:00 there are to be NO PROCEDURES to be performed.  MY RULE!  She is so dismissive and defiant.

She explained it was very important and wouldn't hurt, but it is the principle of the thing, if it was so important maybe she shouldn't have come and gone so many times today.  After the second gallivant she came back smelling of leather, horse sweat and dog slobber.  Way too intriguing for me to be LEFT OUT!!

There will be repercussions, let me assure you of that!

So, may you learn to say "no" to situations other than to your muddy dog who wants to lay a big fat slobbery kiss on you while wearing your summer whites....
