Notes From Grace: Healing

Hi G-Fans!

Well, a mixed day in my estimation.

The concierge was ditched for her last obligation of the day so she came directly home. We waited and waited for the forest walk, which did arrive so our patience was rewarded. Then, to add a cherry on top I was let to freely roam on the walk whilst others remained tethered to various concierges. It was glorious. Of course I maintained a dignified demeanor and most certainly continued my usual level of decorum. In other words, I did not lord it over anyone that I was free to roam and they were not. Although, I can't stop anyone from feeling inferior or less privileged, that is their issue. It is what it is.....

And, as far as the temps, the air, although a little damp and thick, was cooler and quite comfortable.

The bad part of the day happened was once dinner was done for the concierge and company. Out came white liquids, syringes, pills and the like. It was looking bad. I feared none of us would escape. I was right.

It was more medicine for the illness we shared.

We now have identified the culprit and have to take two medicines to eradicate it. It takes the concierge awhile to get all the stuff organized - but she now can rattle them off since she did the first run tonight. She has to torture us a total of ten days. One medication will be done in five, the other in ten.

Riley let the liquid medicine drool out of his mouth, he went into coma-shock. Quelle surprise!

Not.

The rest of us have been so starved we don't care if we have medicine or food shoved down our throats, it is all good!

I would say it is in the nick of time too. Raphael and Tessa did some "business" tonight that was smelling pretty scary and piled pretty high. So this should get us all cleaned up inside and out.

May you take your bitter medicine with good grace (and perhaps with a little liver like I do) so you may heal from the inside out.....
