Silly Forsythia

Hi G-Fans!
Well, another GLORIOUS spring day.  Fabulous.  Gorgeous.  Lovely.  Delightful.
You get the idea don't you?
So there were many activities today.  I wasn't privy to all, but many of them.
Today there was raking, stacking, dragging, connecting, storing, setting up, but, surprisingly no cleaning inside, no bathing for us outside and no provisions for dental hygiene.  The threats just keep coming in....!  Luckily the concierge was so busy with new birthday grills, yard cleaning, raking, organizing wood piles and putting things away and taking things out for the season...  The pool is last on the list I guess, because I am still waiting to go wading...!  Bertie keeps asking about it too.
Harry too.
So, we cavorted in the yard and on the deck while the grill adventure was underway.
Then Harry's concierge came to feed us, the concierge returns from her errands and then off we go for a walk in the forest.
Well, all is dandy until we are halfway into our walk and the concierge goes flying to the ground.
I thought it was a new game of follow the leader so I roll on the ground too.
Riley was not convinced and was looking concerned.
I realized it wasn't play time when the concierge kept repeating "Crap, crap, crap"  and talking about hearing a couple of "crunchy" sounds.  And the other humans were not rolling on the ground with her.
So, a few pulls of the leg and shakes of the ankle got us back to the car.
But the concierge has been soaking, and rubbing, and elevating and icing her ankle....
Stay tuned to what tomorrow brings!
May the twisted ankles in life bring you to your knees only to give you a new perspective and appreciation of those things around you....
TTFN!
