barking heads!

Hi G-Fans!
Well, another hump day nearly gone.
Another glorious spring day that was nippy, but sunny and clear.
Another day I went on a hunger strike.
It lasted until ten this morning.
The concierge tried to tempt me with rice cereal and chicken broth, I held out.
I took the cookie, but kept it next to me.
I caved mid-morning with the rice cereal.  Then I had a biscuit at lunch.
So, the strike ended a little earlier than I planned.  But, I got the extra TLC I required to get through the day.
We did a school walk after EVERYONE was fed, and adjusted, and gathered, and back from meetings, work and the like.
It was a little exciting with activity going on that involved a truck, youthful energy and possible issues.
So, we switched up our routine as we were unsure if they were high spirited individuals making harmless noise, or mischief makers who could cause grief.  So, we avoided them.
And then we saw that the school birds are back.  I. of course, saw them first.  Raphael sounded the alarm and barked his head off.  The concierge had to sew it back on.  (Just kidding - it is still off - just kidding again!  It is still attached to his neck and shoulders and it never was separated) Those birds like to tease us and make the concierge think of barn swallows or piping plovers... we still aren't sure what they are other than B-I-R-D-S!
So that is it in a nutshell for today.
May you bark for joy no matter who is around and do it with enthusiasm.
TTFN!
-G
