#320!

Hi G-Fans!
This the 320th time I have pontificated and pondered on my blog.
Wow.  Who would have thought I would be such a dedicated dog?
I guess I can be fairly dogmatic when it gets right down to it!
So, we enjoyed a lovely sunny summerish day today.  Nice breezes, warm and pleasant.
We did the full bog walk with the concierge doing her bada** impression with the stick again... sigh.... I guess it makes her feel better.  I guess we would rather her take care of it anyway...  We are lovers, not fighters....
We don't understand that whole attack-mode mentality.... not really....  When Riley catches a mole, or Tessa a bunny, or Raphael a flying bug, it is more about the excitement of the moment than maiming anything.  Those bad dogs need to take a chill pill.  We didn't see them or hear them tonight by the way.
We did see a silly bunny standing stock still against a lush green lawn thinking it was invisible.  Not!!
Verrrrrry visible.
We wanted that bunny.  We needed that bunny.  We would like to bring that bunny home!
But, alas, it was right near "bad dogs" house so we were told to "leave it" and to move along.
Sigh.
Other than the beehives at the bog there wasn't any excitement.  We had a low key, mellow beautiful evening walk.  It was delightful.  The sun was setting, the temperature was nice and the trees, grass, bushes and plants were just so verdant after all the rain and sun we have had lately.
The concierge was gone this morning a little too long for my taste, but she returned with bags and bags of cookies and a plush new bed.... so we gave her a little leeway.
She fixed the hole Snagglepus put in the screen door.  We will see if this makes it easier or harder for him to open the door.  At least he can't work the hole to the point of wiggling outside.  I know the concierge doesn't want him out unauthorized, but when he manages to open the door he doesn't shut it again so we can come and go as we please once he gets that slider open.  It is a good case of team work if you ask me.  The concierge just needs to lighten up on all of us!
Anyhow....
May you roll in the verdancy of your spirit....
TTFN!

Peonies getting ready to blossom....

Maybe we will see them tomorrow....

The last poppy blossom...... on its way out..... so sad to say 'bye.

Harry passed out at nap time in formal attire :)  (Note the bow tie)
