Spelling and Electric Cats

Hi G-Fans!
Let's make this quick...
I know, that seems to be the mantra lately.
Dash here, quick there, speedy in between.
Anyhoo,
I want you to know that not only do dogs know how to count, but we can spell too.
We may not maintain encyclopedic levels of words that we know how to spell, but we do know the important ones.
Like cookies.
C-O-O-K-I-E-S
Or treats.
T-R-E-A-T-S
Or an equally favorite word... walk.
W-A-L-K
Woodswalk is also a good one and it is a compound word.
W-O-O-D-S-W-A-L-K
I think you get the idea.
This was something I was thinking about tonight as we took a late evening stroll to the bog and the light was still in the sky.  We caught the tail-end of the sunset that was quite nice.  We also spooked some ducks on the pond.
The other thing that was being pondered while at the pond is the song by Adrian Belew.  Big Electric Cat.  The concierge was listening to it in her head and I could hear some of it.  (Yes, we really are that tight.)  So, I asked the concierge to look it up on YouTube to see if we could conjure up the version she was listening to in her head.
I think we did.
"She was a momur, just like I told you, you better watch out you silly boy, she'll bite a big hole in ya'...."
Or something like that.
I do like the refrain of
"Big Electric Cat Big Electric Cat Big Electric Cat Big Electric Cat..."  And so on....
If you have never listened to it before I suggest you give it some time to grow on you.
Also, we still have our dish washing jobs, probably will for a couple more days.  I heard the concierge talking and I think we will be out of business by Wednesday afternoon.
We will also have that new drippy leak fixed according to the concierge.  That will be good.  Anything to minimize stress around here is a good thing.
So that's it for now.  I want my C-O-O-K-I-E and won't get it until the blog is done.  Everyone is waiting for last outs and the cookie time... so I best be done so delivery will be sooner rather than later.
I hope you remember to include cookie time in your day!
TTFN!
