Hi G-Fans!
Well, it happened, it snowed today in a more wintry sort of way.
The snow plows have been at it and there is a blanket of white.
I will see what happens by the time we are officially up.
The wood stove made the concierge pass out with Snagglepus again.
So, I have a small window of opportunity to share with you tonight.
We had a forest walk fraught with incidents, no tragedies, but close calls.
The most exciting was the dog who didn't quite get that he was suppose to be on the path with his walkers and not seeking us out on a lesser side area.
The concierge tied me and Raphael to a tree and took flight to encourage the dog to return to his clan. Which he did with all of us shouting smart alec responses at him and making things generally loud and obnoxious. His male walker collected him leash-wise, but never acknowledged the excitement caused by their lack of leashing.
The concierge would have appreciated their acknowledgment.
She knows the dog was just curious and didn't seem to have evil intent, but things can get ugly even with the best of dogs under stressful conditions.
So, the concierge snuck some late day cleaning in today.
The bed was completely changed and the dust was removed fairly completely.
I am not too upset since most of that had nothing to do with me making the aroma.
And, the dust was pretty bad even in my estimation.
I guess it is to be expected if walls are chopped up and whatnot.
So, tomorrow marks a special holiday for a special human.
What I am wondering is what about all the dogs who have contributed to the world's positive progress?
People can be so thick.
SO, may you be aware of those who improve your lot in life even in the most subtle of ways.
