Is 23 degrees too cold?

Hi G-Fans!

So, there was some hints of snow today and some pretty cold air.  I was concerned as the walk seems to get cancelled at the slightest chill these days.

She says it is for our benefit, but really?

So, the question is, is 23 degrees Fahrenheit too cold for a walk?

And for today the answer is, "no".  It may not be the same answer on another day, however.

So, we did get a walk.

It was short and it was almost boring, but we were ALL glad to get the fresh air and change of scenery.

The two things that happened to make it notable tonight was:

1)  There was unfamiliar barking from an unusual direction.  SO, either A) someone got some dogs who didn't have them before.

Or -

B)  Someone left their dogs out in the cold and they were complaining.

Or - 

C)  There were coyotes gathering and we heard their cackling....

  ARrrOOOOOOOOHHHH!
