Hi G-Fans!
Well, we had some drizzly rain today and some clouds and some blue skies and some sun. There was also a delightful sunset for us. And we saw the sunset while we were underway for our adventure.
Oh - just so you know - there was no walk last night.... so I was hoping that the concierge would step up for today to make up for it. You know, a walk that was longer or more intriguing. Something different.
So that was what we got.
Not only did we get a splendiferous, albeit peaceful, walk, but there was after walk adventuring as well lots of good smells but, no action, without much excitement... to the pleasure of the concierge. After our dusky walk we piled into the chariot and went on an errand. And, for the first time in a LOOOOOOOONG time I went solo with the concierge into this place. There were dog smells, cat smells (No, it wasn't the vet) and food smells and medicine smells and lights and all sorts of things. We bee lined for the aisle with the best stuff - cookies!
So I went cookie shopping with the concierge while everyone else had to wait in the chariot! Psych! But, the concierge didn't think it through all the way because trying to get me back in was not easy. Everyone crowded and were anxious for their turn. After a few tries we were successful, in no small part to my eagerness to get away from that place where people thought it was ok to approach and pat me. Me, the royal body! The princess! And the worser part was that I had not been primped or fluffed before going in and I was looking pretty scraggly and sporting a bright orange scarf, not my best moment. It was an embarrassing event all the way around. But, I did help pick the cookies out and we were on our way.
So that was my day - how about you?
