Hi G-Fans!
Here is the question...
Humans have developed surround sound so noises sound like they are actually happening and not reproductions.
They have developed High Definition pictures so a picture is so clear the image is almost a hologram (I bet that will be next).
But,
they have completely left out a huge segment of the senses.
The sense of smell.
Wouldn't it be so much more of an experience if people could smell what was going on in their entertainment centers? Like smelling Aunt Bea's home made pie while watching a rerun of the Andy Griffith Show?
Or smelling one of I Love Lucy's culinary disasters?
Or maybe smelling the Eau de Bear Poop that Gabriella got into... that would have been EXCELLENT!
In the case of toda,y I wish you could smell the Wild Concord Grapes that grow on the bog on the pond's edge. It is such a smell of sweet and fragrant and lightens the mood of everyone as the smell hangs in the air as we walk by....
Sorry you are missing it...
May you remember to breathe in deeply the smells of life that enhance your very being.
