Latch Key Kid would be a grade or two up.....

Hi G-Fans!

Talk about abandonment issues!

Today was the worst yet!

If we were Latch Key kids we would be getting 100% more attention and TLC than we are here at the royal abode.  And latch key kids can at least come and go with a key to get themselves in and out of spaces.  Here we sit.

Stuck and unloved.

Truly!

We had perfunctory care without a whit of concern for our emotional well-being.

Sure, there were potty breaks throughout the day, but, cooing and loving and general feel-good essentials were less than non-existent!

Really.

We got a partial walk.  Some bunk about the humidity increasing.  Oh, and the time wasn't part of the decision to ditch the side trip to the school?  Really?

We had kibble thrown at us.  We were shoved outside and then yanked back in.

We were sequestered in our various spots and there we were left to rot!

At the 11th hour (Literally!)  the concierge arrived to let us out, give us bed-time snacks and again, separate us and then ignore us for things like dishes and personal hygiene....

Ridiculous.

All I can say is, tomorrow had best be a better day!

Because if she comes any where near me smelling like crustaceans like she did tonight, I WILL lose it!!  I mean, she smelled like she rolled in the stuff!  She also smelled like a lot of other things, which maybe I will get into tomorrow, but tonight I need my beauty rest.  It is already past my cutoff time.

So, may you find ways to entertain yourself when you are waiting on the missing attentions of a loved one....
